R: What’s a personal mantra or quote that keeps you motivated? N: Everything happens for a reason.

R: What’s one fashion or beauty item that makes you feel like your most powerful self?

N: Anything that shows off my legs—a cute skirt usually, or some great fitting shorts!

R: Who is a woman that inspires you, and why? N: Lana Del Rey. She’s so poetic and deep—her songs speak to my soul. She also comes from a background like mine, growing up, and she overcame a lot to become the successful woman she is today.

R: How do you balance being alluring and sophisticated while staying true to yourself?

N: I set boundaries for myself and follow them. I don’t agree to anything that makes me uncomfortable in the moment, because I know I’ll regret it later if I brush it off. There’s always room for a little allure while being the classiest woman I can be.
